Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“Candidate”, “you”) and Anested Labs Private Limited(“Anested”, “we”, “us” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Anested Campus Examination (“ACE” or the “Exam”), this website and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By registering for the Exam or using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

ACE Summer 2026 is open to students of Class 11, Class 12, B.Sc., B.Com. and B.A. (Arts) from recognised institutions in India. Candidates below 18 years of age must register with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Anested reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any registration that does not meet the published criteria.

2. Registration and Account

• You must provide true, accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate another person, or transfer your account to anyone else.

3. Examination Fees and Payments

• The applicable Exam fee is displayed at checkout and is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Registration is confirmed only after successful receipt of the fee and verification of details.

4. Refund Policy

Examination fees are generally non-refundable once the registration has been confirmed.

However, in the rare circumstance that the Exam is cancelled by Anested Labs Private Limited (and not rescheduled, or rescheduled to a date you cannot attend), the full Exam fee paid by you will be refunded to the same account / payment instrument from which the payment was originally made. No alternate destination or beneficiary will be entertained.

• Refunds will be initiated within a reasonable period (typically 7–14 working days) from the date the cancellation is announced.
• Actual credit timelines depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider and are beyond our control.
• Convenience fees, payment-gateway charges or taxes that are non-recoverable by us may be deducted where permitted by law.
• Refunds will not be issued where the candidate is disqualified for malpractice, ineligibility, providing false information, or for failing to appear without prior intimation.

5. Conduct of the Exam

• Anested may conduct the Exam in online, offline or hybrid mode and may change the schedule, syllabus, pattern, venues or rules with reasonable notice.
• Candidates must follow all instructions in the admit card and by invigilators / proctors. Use of unfair means, impersonation, communication during the Exam, or possession of prohibited material will result in disqualification.
• Anested reserves the right to invalidate any score or result if malpractice or technical anomaly is detected.

6. Results, Awards and Scholarships

Results, ranks, certificates and any scholarships or awards are granted at the sole discretion of Anested based on the published criteria. Decisions of the Anested examination committee are final and binding.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, the Exam question papers, marking schemes, study material, branding (including the “Anested” and “ACE” marks) and software are the exclusive property of Anested Labs Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or attack the Services.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• Do not record, share or publish Exam content without authorisation.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anested’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services or the Exam shall not exceed the Exam fee paid by you for the relevant edition. Anested shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or registration at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the Exam.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at the registered office of Anested Labs Private Limited shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be notified through the website or by email. Continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
